Istanbul Apartment pera!place is one of the best preserved and most interesting Istanbul Apartments. Istanbul Apartment pera!place is located in the very centre of the city, downtown, Taksim, Beyoglu.

1. YOUR RESERVATION

At the same time we confirm the availability of the apartment, you are required to make a payment of €250 in order to secure a booking.

The payments shall be done by the client by credit card, PAYPAL or by bank transfer in advance. We have bank accounts in UK and Turkey. All bank wire fees -if there is any- are the responsibility of the guest. Please remember that we will not hand you the keys until we receive the full rental payment and security deposit.

Once the initial payment has been received then the contract is in force. We will email your confirmation to you straight away. If there is more than one person travelling, then the person making the reservation is identified as the 'lead name' and this person is responsible for all payments. We will not make any cancellation or amendments or enter into correspondence regarding the reservation with any other party other than the lead name.

2. SECURITY DEPOSIT

Please be aware that a fully refundable security deposit is required as indemnity against damage and breakage. This deposit is €200 per week. The security deposit will be returned to you in full after you leave the property without any damage. If there is any damage that will cost us more than the security deposit, then we'll charge your credit card for the excess amount.

3.RATES
The rate includes linens, standard kitchen utensils, electricity, gas, water and all taxes. Maximum occupancy is two adults and one child and minimum stay is five days. We can accept three or four day stays if only your stay fills up a gap in our calendar. If your stay is only three to six days then a total of €75 key handling fee is payable. Payments can be made in Euros, British Pound, or in Turkish Lira. The property should be left in a tidy and good order otherwise you will have to pay a cleaning fee of €35.

That's all about the rates, there are no extras or hidden costs.

4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Earliest check-in hour is 16:00 and latest check-out time is 11:00. Although we do our utmost to accommodate the individual needs of our guests, we cannot guarantee early morning access to the property unless you have booked for the previous night. Our guest representative will be waiting for you at the property on your arrival and he or she will come to collect the keys at your departure at the agreed times.

5. IF WE CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

In the very unlikely event that we are obligated by third party forces beyond our control to impose changes in your booking, you will have the choice of accepting the booking modifications and any corresponding price difference or receiving a 100% refund of money paid. In all cases, our liability is limited to 100% of the amount received from you to date corresponding only to the specific property and operation being affected.

6. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

If you wish to cancel your booking we must be notified in writing by the lead name, either by recorded & acknowledged mail, fax or email. Cancellation charges will apply and these depend on when your written notification is received.

LESS THAN 20 DAYS NOTICE OR NO NOTICE: Cancellation charge of 100% of the total value of your booking.

BETWEEN 20 AND 40 DAYS NOTICE: Cancellation charge of 20% of the total value of your booking.

OVER 40 DAYS NOTICE: Cancellation charge of 20 Euro only.

We are unable to make any more refunds than mentioned above even if cancellation is made as a result of force majeure which includes but is not limited to acts or threat of war, government action, strike, civil unrest, fire, failure of public utilities, medical emergency, natural or nuclear disaster or airport closure.

Under some circumstances you may be able to recover the majority of the cancellation fees under the terms of your holiday insurance policy. So, we strongly recommend that you to get one.

7. IF YOU MODIFY YOUR HOLIDAY DURING YOUR STAY

If you modify your holiday arrangements or accommodate extra guests in the apartment not booked with us without our authorisation you will be breaking this contract and we shall be unable to accept any liability for any loss, damage or other claim resulting from your holiday. You may also be liable for additional charges for guests not booked through us.

Should you depart the apartment early, for whatever reason, we are unable to offer a refund. We will provide information to your insurance company should you need it.

8. BEHAVIOUR

We reserve the right to terminate the contract between us and you at any point, in the light of any behaviour regarded as unacceptable and not within the spirit of this agreement,. No refunds shall be given and no alternative accommodation will be provided.

Please remember, the apartment you will be occupying is in a residential building. Neighbours may have to work next day, so please respect their need for peace and quiet. You must accept responsibility for the proper conduct of you and your party. In cases of serious misconduct we reserve the right to terminate your holiday and if we do so we shall have no further responsibility to you.

Accidents happen! If something untoward does happen to you during your stay in the apartment that results in damage or injury then inform us as soon as possible. If you cause any damage, you agree to indemnify us against any claim including costs made against us.

Failure to report ANY damage or loss will result in a charge to your credit card.

9.ACCESS
The owner/manager of the apartment, or authorised personnel, may at any time (of course, we'll consider your situation) access the apartment for the purpose of inspection or to carry out repair or maintenance work.

10. INSURANCE

You should always be adequately insured before travelling abroad.

11.CHANGES

We reserve the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with our business. The obligation is placed on all users of the website to ensure adequate measures are taken to maintain an awareness of such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.

12. WEBSITE AND BROCHURE ACCURACY

We work extremely hard to ensure that everything you read on our website is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. However, it is possible that certain advertised facilities may be withdrawn as a result of decisions outside our control such as local maintenance, conservation schemes and adverse weather or failure of public utilities. We do not accept liability if facilities are withdrawn for reasons beyond our control.

SMOKING AND OPEN FIRE IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN THE APARTMENT AND BUILDING!
